Ram couriers services are the worst ,they are them most terrible I have came across I wonder why retailers are using them . Driver decided to return with my parcel because he claimed he couldnt reach on my cellphone while he sees the door wide opened. I had to call the call centre to arrange for a redelivery I was told my parcel is on hold, they promised to get it released on the 30/11/2022 of which is still on hold to this day. call centre agents are refusing me to speak to someone superior to them .I have been calling they just sent me to pillar to post and that is so draining.

08 Dec 2022, 08:36What a bad experience, I called RAM to see how far are they with my parcel, the call center agent told me that the Pretoria branch told her that they are still trying to locate my parcel in their warehouse and can't seem find it so far. This particular parcel has things that were needed as soon as possible, but here I am still waiting.
