This is the second complaint ....

and looks like it will be done each and every time RAM does a delivery of my medication ...

DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO DELIVER A PACKAGE that contains INSULIN?

I will not receive / nor sign for it when it is room temperature .....

So do your work .... Also not my work to go and look for your drivers to collect my package .....
