***********, dishonest and flat-out apathetic!!

I received a text that my package was en route, I took the day off and waited for them. They were a no-show. I emailed them and received no response. They did the same thing to me today. (Two days of unpaid leave in one week).

For the third time, my online vendors have forced me to receive my packages via RAM. And as before I have been met with nothing but incompetence and dishonesty.

The drivers are *****, the support staff is never available and the social media PR staff can do nothing but deflect and placate the COUNTLESS complaints.

How is this pathetic company still in business?!
