<p>RAM hand to hand couriers collected a parcell from me today at 16h40 for delivery to On Air, after I filled in my details my husband hand them the parcell and they left without signing for this or filling in the receivers address I sure hope On Air will receive this parcell and maybe RAM can trace this to the driver since all I can supplie is the waybill nr.RW ********** 0.</p> <p>I will never use this courier company and I hope my complain open peoples eye's as to the kind of service you can expect from this company</p>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, However it is the onus of the client to fill out the waybill not the driver. there is also nothing for the driver to sign when collecting a parcel unless you have your own register for him to sign.
None the less we will investigate this matter further and revert.

We do not receive or send parcels everyday and since On Air organise this I assumed that the courier would fill in the form and then also the driver took the parcel without asking us to fill in the receiving address also also as we were not sure of the reveing address I do not know what I would have filled in maybe just On Air??? good enough
