Absolute incompetence from your service and delivery departments, I got called twice that my order is getting delivered today and when I track my order it says I'm at work during delivery hours. I have been working from home for the past 8 months so I don't know where you got that information. I was also on a online chat session and my advise to you would be to just cancel it as it was the worst interaction ever.
