I got a call last week on the 6th for my parcel that had to be delivered in a shop then I was gonna go there for a collection since it's lockdown they were not sure whether it's open I gave them my work address they said they will deliver the following day I still haven't received my parcel I called them today a lady who I spoke to said I will call you back because you should have gotten your parcel already I will try and make arrangement I will get back to you I'm still waiting for that call.
