My delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of Dec 2019 but they pitched up after business hours. Then I rescheduled the delivery stating that they should deliver before COB again they pitched up after that time and this time at an incorrect address and not the address that was provided. Today is the 20th and still no delivery. I am unable to get through to customer services as nobody answers, just sit in a phone queue. The website is just as useless.
