This is not first time I'm having a bad experience with RAM COURIER SERVICES everytime I am sent parcel with them they always take their time . I received an sms saying my parcel was out for delivery on Monday and yeserday I called to check what was happening cause no delivery was made on Monday. The lady was nothing but full of attitude she said my delivery was out for delivery I just need to wait cause she can't say what time it will come.... Until now I have not received my parcel
