WORST Courier company EVER! I received a sms for delivery yesterday. I phoned at 3pm to find out where the delivery was. I was assured that the driver is in the area and that he is just delivering another package and would then be on his way to me. At 4pm I phoned again, this time they couldnt get hold of the driver, but could see he is still in the area. At 5pm I phoned again only to be told the driver received a priority package and had to go back. At no time was i EVER informed of any developments. Each time it was my own time and money to find out where my package was. I waited unitl 5:20pm at reception for my package and then you guys have the audacity to say I wasnt unavailable and That I went home. **** your lies! Today i phoned again only to be told the driver never picked up the package. I asked if I could come pick it up myself, and they said no. At 2pm i inquired again and was promised they would call me to deliver. I am still waiting. Can someone competent actually tell me where my ****ing package is before I go to the ombusman to lay a formal complaint!.
