Ram is a pathetic courier service. They provide contact details that do not work and expect customers to be available between 9am and 5pm during the working week. They do not make any provisions to provide you with an accurate estimation of delivery so you can make arrangements with your workplace to avail yourself. Their courier drivers do not have your contact details so even when they have arrived they can't communicate. Ram's customer service line is constantly unavailable, I've called and waited for over 10minutee before giving up. This company has no consideration for their customers, they also only let you know of your delivery day on the day. Companies using Ram to deliver their products should think twice because the frustration brought about by Ram from a customer perspective will also have the negative experience associated with these companies, Rain being one of them.
