So got off the phone with one of rams customer care call centre workers whose name is JOHNATHAN (Who was rude and snobbish throughout the converation) and told him that they provide poor service and are not helpful. I am still waiting for my parcel which should have arrived a week ago. Upon telling JOHNATHAN they are ***********, he proceeded to cancel the order and state DELIVERY NOT WANTED. I dont know what world these call centre workers are living in, but I dont know how they can make such an interpretation when I did not mention at any point to cancel the shipment.

Again I will say this. DO NOT USE RAM COURIERS. DHL are so much better and ive never had any problems with them
