*********** and unfair

After waiting since the 26th of June for my parcel to be delivered and calling numerous times with unanswered calls, dropped calls and no communication from Ram my parcel has been sent back to sender. Purely because I am in self isolation and cannot go anywhere until the 24th.

First the story was that my parcel was put in the wrong van for delivery when I called, then I arrange for delivery Wednesday. Then when I inquired later after the Wednesday I was told they had stock take and couldn't make the delivery, I continued calling getting dropped calls and no feedback.

Then boom yesterday I received a call, explained to the lady that I was in isolation if they could please deliver on the 24th, she was nice enough and agreed.

The today I got a call again from the rudest agent telling me they can't keep my parcel for just 8 more days after they had it for over 15 days without my permission. Rain south Africa please do not use these people to deliver I will rather use RTT.
