*********** and putrid company

Absolutely pathetic service and an *********** courier company. To all companies using there services should use elsewhere. Delivery was scheduled today. I tried calling. I held on for over 25min with an *********** person handling my call. He has no decency to stop the call and tell me he is still trying. They indicated delivery before 5. These inept customer services tries to calling me after 5 then puts the phone down after I answered. Tried calling back but dealing with pure incompetence got me nowhere.
