*********** and lazy, cant speak to management at all

***********, lazy, unwilling to help, unwilling to do any effort with sorting the Problems THEY created. I am waiting on a super urfent parcel that the driver has in hand. I saw the address they have on the sms is not complete. I tried calling to sort it , since THEY have it wrong. It was given to them correctly. But they just put mw on hold, donr care about the fact that Im leaving for Africa tonight and HAS ro Have the parcel before tonight. I called about 10 times, every time a more *********** person too lazy to help me sort this issue thats THEIR mistake. I asked to speak to a manager, they just put me on hold u till the phone eventually goes off or run out of aittime.
