*********** and down right poor service!

After countless back and forth with cell c, i get to a stumbling block that is Ram couriers that carelessly dispatched my parcel to the wrong area and only after i had given them a call did they realise that the address which i had been giving them was incomplete - so no delivery was made with the promise of it being delivered today. I just called them and surprisingly the delivery is no longer being made today because of this address and apparently them not having my contact number which i provided them with only yesterday, WOW! mind you the story i am getting today is quite different from the one i received yesterday. The companies that keep using this courier company are honestly as *********** as these people.
