Appalling service to say the least. I called RAM on the 29th September to book for a same day delivery which was supposed to be on the 30th by 12:am to be precise. They agreed &, took down all the details needed.

On the 30th I called again to follow up only to find that it was 11:00 am & the parcel was not collected, I call again at 12:00 the parcel was on route to Isando for 2 hours.

Why did I have to even book before hand for a delivery which was not even going to be delivered at the requested time. I use m airtime to call & track the parcel, I could have just collected the parcel myself.
