Incompetence whoever you speak to - RAM!!!
These guys are full of *********** lies! Won't use them, will also spread the word continuously.
Thee customer care service dept cannot spell or confirm spelling of a simple street name. Then the driver drives himself to a different address as well, then when phoning them to correct it they are full of excuses and delay your delivery...
Please rethink 'RAM - Hand To Hand incompetence within our departments'
