Incompetence of Ram couriers

Never rely on Ram courier they are *********** and don’t take customers seriously. It’s been 2 weeks since waiting for the item from bobgo(cash converters) to be delivered. Used my airtime everyday to call them on daily basis. Always when I call they tell me that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow but still today the parcel hasn’t been delivered. Gave driver exact location and landmarks since it’s a rural area. Haven’t either received a call from the driver or ram telling me that they are in my area they are looking for the area. Was told the parcel is out for delivery when I called today and will surely be delivered, ensured that my phone is on and nearby at all times. No call or attempt to call was received from ram. Now when I check the status cause I’ve released it’s getting late it says “RAMMobile NonDelivery - Unavailable - Home - Address Query and contact not available telephonicaly.” And it’s for the second time, on the other hand it seems like the area is serviced once a week as I receive the same status last week Tuesday and today again. Just return the order to the sender I don’t want it anymore.
