Incompetence and unprofessional.

On Friday 18/12/2020 Ram was supposed to deliver my parcel (SU***3) at my residential address. when the driver called to tell me he is on his way to deliver, I then told him I was not home but my husband is at home and he can receive the parcel on my behalf because I left both copies of my ID and proof of address. the driver refused and told me the don't deliver to third parties. I then arranged for a new delivery address and we arranged with RAM office to deliver for me at my work place on Monday 21/12/2020. on Monday I waited the whole day, RAM didn't even call me to tell me they were not able to deliver for me. On Tuesday I got a call, they were on the way to deliver at the changed address and I told them I was not there because we had arranged for the previous day, we then made another arrangement for the driver to deliver the following day on Wednesday 23/12/2020. On Wednesday I receive a call from Ram office to say they the driver left the parcel in they warehouse and they will deliver on Thursday 24/12/2020 before 14:00. today when I call RAM to track my parcel they told me they cannot deliver because the notes are not there in their system that shows that they made arrangements to deliver today. I'm so angry because I bought this item from Supersonic and I wanted to use it from Xmas day.
