Incompetence
So RAM sent me a mail on Friday that my package is out for delivery. I phoned them and said I am only available until 12 that afternoon-they did not deliver... Monday I get a mail informing me that they will deliver my package...later that day I phoned them to ask what is going on and they asked me for my contact number(as the one they have was not my number) I gave it to them and then I was placed on hold for 17 min and the phone was dropped... Today...same ****...12 min on the phone and then the phone drops...
What a joke.
