Incompetence

I just don't get how they wrote my phone number wrong and blamed it on me. Rude. Secondly, they wrote "recipient was not available to take delivery, we'll schedule". Twice and they didn't even show up. I didn't go to school for 2 days waiting for my delivery and on Saturday they came and I wasn't around. Imagine, after waiting for the whole freaking days for my parcel. So they delivered on Monday and they told me that they were here on Saturday. I was so annoyed honestly. You guys suck.
