Incompetence!!!!

If there was a way to rate you guys less than 1 star I would do that. I have called and email numerous time to check on a package that has been out for delivery for the past 3 days with no luck. My emails are being ignored and when I call I get put on hold for long periods of time till I give up and drop the call. What level of incompetence is this where you dont even care to try and appease the customer. If you guys don't want to deliver this stupid package then do me a favour and return to sender and stop putting my life on hold cause I can't be at home the whole ****** day waiting for your unreliable drivers!!!!
