Incompetant, lying and poor service RAM

I recently upgraded my cell phone (last week Tuesday) with Vodacom online. They informed me RAM Hand to Hand Couriers will deliver my cell phone. Went on their online tracking this morning to see what's going on and spoke to RAM online as they never answer their calls. Was told by RAM (Nicolize) that delivery will happen today. Also told them I am at home so the delivery address is no longer my work address. Nicolize duly noted this and said the driver will call an hour before arriving. Guess what, no call and no delivery today! Then I received an sms at 17:30 stating they tried to deliver but business was closed. Now I'm trying to understand 1. Why deliver at my work address when Informed them to deliver at my residential address 2. Why didn't the driver call me 3. If they actually did go to my work address, why state in the sms that my company has closed for the day when they actually only close at 18:00???

Incompetant, lying and don't meet expectations they have created with me. I will definately never recommend them to anyone or to any business. Vodacom, rather use another courier so that your name doesn't get dragged further in the mud!
