Incompetance at it's peak!!!

I have been waiting for my parcel the whole week. They captured the wrong address ,called me to verify it, i gave it to them. 4 days later. Still no delivery. Your service to appauling. Vodacom should give that contract to someone else, you guys are very incompetant and you dont care about your clients. I need that parcel as a gift but now the due date has arrived and i have nothing to show for it. Very upsetting!!!
