Incapable of delivering a parcel to the correct address

Considering these guys make a living out of picking up and delivering parcels from addresses around the world, they are useless at reading or writing down an address.

My package is delayed now because of this, and no matter how many calls, emails or live chats I attempt, it still does not improve their ability to read... Do they not know of Google Maps? It has such an easy search ****ion.
