Inadequate service/communication

Inadequate service/communication My parcel was returned on Monday and RAM failed to communicate process and to update me when my parcel will be delivered again. I had to escalate the matter with vodacom on my on accord 2 days of waiting. I'm very unhappy with their service and I want my parcel delivered before the end of this week! I cannot wait for next week. I'm paying for it and not RAM!
