Inability to apply common sense on the job
Despite having phoned in and also made arrangements via the online chat service, the courier rep**** that he had dialled the wrong number when confirming if it was indeed RAM couriers that had miscalled my colleague whose number was given as an alternative. This made me miss my delivery. This is frustrating
