Impossible trying to contact Ram hand to hand couriers

Absolutely pathetic service. All I simply want to do is cancel a delivery that i never ordered but I am unable to do so since last week. I've tried watsapp, calling and the website. Calls get dropped once you in the front of the queue after 20min holding. Watsapp always experiencing technical difficulties. Website. After filling In all required details, I get an unable to connect response and have to start again.

Driver has been to my home multiple times, but I have been on holiday.

I guess I am giving up now.... Ram can continue wasting their time and petrol trying to deliver a parcel I never ordered.
