Impossible to book a collection with Ram Couriers.

Yesterday I booked a collection and delivery. No Problem. The system worked 100%. Today I need to book a collection and delivery. Some IT wizard changed the booking page which makes it impossible to book a collection and delivery!!! After 15 minutes with customer care on the phone, I still could not book a collection and delivery. YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR IT GUY!!
