Impeccable service of Luay Ismail Bux

Would really like to thank Luay Ismail Bux. Who went above and beyond to ensure my parcel was delivered. The ram courier guy was here on Tuesday but he wasn't happy, I then had to leave and get an affidavit from the SAPS.he promised to come back the next day early. After many numerous calls and speaking to several agents I got hold of a "Blessing" on Wednesday. Who assured me that the parcel was out to be delivered. They failed me dismally. I then tried again on Wednesday afternoon after 10min spoke to a rude agent who put the phone down in my ear. Eventually I got hold again of ram this morning and spoke to Luay Ismail Bux who helped me so beautifully. He also emailed me to ensure that it's been dispatched. I cannot thank him enough for his kind service. He is without a doubt meaning of professionalism, dedication, integrity and respect. Please nominate him for employee of the year.
