I'm very disappointed and frustrated with service delivery and ram consultants

I'm very disappointed at ram consultants I made a complaint no one is taking me serious I'm behind with one week's work because I've been waiting for rain sim card for 11days now. They said my area is unsafe I changed to a suburb area hoping they'll deliver but still nothing. I'm so frustrated and I already used 250 to buy data for work. This really affected me negatively
