I'm disappointed

I ordered the rain sim card days ago and on Wednesday the 23rd of June 2021 I received an sms in the morning in at 7h26 saying that my order was dispatched and will be delivered but until today I have not received it and have sent numerous communication to the company and got no joy hence I have not received my parcel since. When I track my order it gives me the answer that you were not able to verify or find my address but my contact number is on the information provided in case direction was needed to my place of residence... I'm extremely disappointed and angry...
