If it's RAN, good luck getting your package

This company is full of bullsh*t together with their call centre and drivers. They tried calling me at 12:55 for the delivery and couldn't find me and when I call the call centre at 13:06, I'm told the driver is now out of the area and will not be able to make a delivery. When I reason with them this does not make sense as the driver cnt be out of the area in 5 minutes, the story changes to : No, the driver can not find my address. What type of msunery is this! Are they serious about their service. Next time I do business with any company I will ask what courier are they using, just to save myself the bull.
