I'd tell Vodacom customers not to use you but they have no choice.

You guys are the absolute pits to deal with. I made it *extremely* clear to the person who called this morning that I need a delivery to be at my place at a certain time, and this was confirmed by the person that I spoke to.

After reading all of the negative reviews online (google, facebook, hellopeter), I took a camp chair and went and sat outside my apartment (while I was on hold with your call center no less).

I waited for over an hour, whilst dealing with several frustrating calls and NEVER did a single delivery truck arrive at my house. Ultimately, a call center agent named Aaron called me back saying they had tried to call but I "didn't answer" and that they had been waiting outside my apartment for me.

This is a total LIE. I sat outside and saw no one. I had my phone in my hand and no one called. I was ready and you guys failed to do what you are supposed to do - deliver.

Now, either someone in your depot is lying, or the delivery driver is lying. But whoever it is, I would like to find out what their name is so I can report them and make sure that they are brought to task.

It is absolute bull**** that when people are *forced* into using a service (like the Vodacom / Ram partnership) that people have no choice but to just swallow absolutely abysmal service.

I'd be surprised if you could deliver a bite of food from your plate to your mouth, never mind a package to anyone.

Also, google yourselves, check on hello peter, look on here - your service is undeniably **** and you just keep collecting money and LYING to customers.

Please, see to it that my package is delivered tomorrow.
