What a bad service from Ram and Vodacom actually a huge disspointment..

My mother recently took a contact phone with Vodacom and she has been expecting her package to be delivered since the 30th of June, till date she hasn't received her package she's using her own airtime to contact Ram and Vodacom they forever lying to her promise to call or communicate feedback everyday of which they don't.. New stories everyday, she's not happy for a fact that she will be doing business with vodacom for 36 months and yet they treating her like this... Agents from Vodacom hang up on her Dinoe promised to give her a call today morning since she spoke to her yesterday around 5 to 6 pm so that they can conference call Ram and she didn't call I believe that's what she's getting paid for ?.. Wow guys I didn't know one can experience such service from Ram and Vodacom.. So now soweto is a high risk area you guys don't communicate that you don't have escort to deliver my mother's package she must always call what a waste of time and how excited she was with doing business with you guys
