My parcel was sent to Polokwane on Friday and I'm in Gauteng, gave them a ring to ask what's going on, I was told it was a mistake sent a mail but they will only receive it on Monday and process en-route back to Gauteng and I will receive my parcel on Tuesday. That was the promise I was ****ed about but had to accept, Today it's Tuesday they telling me probably be tomorrow.
