I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

They attempted delivery twice on different days, I had to cancel my plans and wait the whole day for delivery only to see the delivery was unsuccessful without any specific reason at the end of the day, now I tried to call and WhatsApp them, no agent is available to assist. Absolutely terrible service, I hope service providers stop using them!!!
