I was ****med by Ram's Employee

Hi my name is Thandeka Mkhize,I ordered an upgrade on the Vodacom website on the 3rd of February 2020 and 2 packages Reference (K193363) and(K***)came on the 7th February 2020 delivered by Ram Courier and I had no knowledge it was two phones I signed for both when I realized it was two of the same type of phone I called Vodacom and they told me the order was double booked so I booked to return one phone Re******) on the 7th February and one of Ram employees came on the 11th of February to collect the phone,I didn't ask any questions as I got a call from Vodacom consultant that the guy is on his way to take the phone,when came he told me he came to collect the phone and he was in Ram company's uniform after that I kept getting phone calls from Ram saying they need to come collect the phone I kept saying the phone was collected,in April I realized I was being billed for two phones and Vodacom says they can't cancel the other phone because it didn't reach them,so please help me with this issue because I'm paying for a phone that was collected by one of Ram's employees which is unfair to me.
