I want my parcel which I never received but when I track it, it states it was delivered.
If zero star was an option, I would have rated that. I had a delivery from BASH that I was supposed to receive on the 2nd of December 2024 as per the sms I received. I waited for the delivery that day of which never came. When I track my package on the 3rd of December, it shows that my parcel was delivered and that it was received by LUBANZI MPONGOSE at around 4am in the morning. Which courier company delivers so early in the morning? I do not know a LUBANZI for that matter.
I have been reaching out to the RAM Agents and ALL of them just leave me hanging. I spoke to about 4 different people. I even logged an online query and I haven't gotten any feedback.
I WANT MY PARCEL RAM COURIERS!!!!!

03 Dec 2024, 15:27There were 2 parcels I was supposed to receive yesterday which is a steve madden order and a bash order. The driver that came to deliver at around 20:15 only delivered 1 parcel which was my steve madden order to my little sister, hence I'm only enquiring about the one parcel I did not receive.
She (my little sister) only received ONE PARCEL and I have this other parcel that says its been delivered but was never received which shows that it was received by LUBANZI MPUNGOSE who I do not know.

There were 2 parcels I was supposed to receive yesterday which is a steve madden order and a bash order. The driver that came to deliver at around 20:15 only delivered 1 parcel which was my steve madden order to my little sister, hence I'm only enquiring about the one parcel I did not receive.
