I want my parcel to be delivered soon

I am so disappointed from Monday I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered and yesterday the delivery guy came at home and he told me that there was a wrong address on my parcel and he could not deliver. I tried to email and call the call center and all I can say is the service is poor.I do not know what has happened to my parcel and I am so worried.
