I want my parcel delivered

I ordered Steve Madden sneakers on 18th of June I got a message that my Oder was handed over to ram courier my package was supposed to be delivered last Friday the guy called me and said the address was wrong which was not he promised to deliver the package on Monday the 24th when I check my parcel it says it’s at the hub I tried contacting them to no avail I want my parcel I paid for it they must deliver.
