My Bash parcel was out for delivery in the morning of the 04/12/24. The entire day I waited at the office until I left and informed both security and reception of my parcel that will be delivered by RAM.

To only track the following day that delivery was attempted but I was unavailable at 16:33. Our offices close 16:45 and security knocks off at 18:00. Now whenever I contact the courier company they tell me they have escalated to the Hub and awaiting feedback. That is over 4 days why on earth are the whereabouts of my PARCEL not known????

RAM I want my parcel!!!!
