I recently booked a collection with Ram

I recently booked a collection with Ram. They mixed up my parcel with someone else's parcel. I received the other persons parcel instead of mine. After some struggling the driver phoned me to notify that they found my parcel. I'm now struggling to get a hold of their head office to arrange for picking up and dropping the 2 parcels
