I placed an online order with Bash who make use of RAM Couriers. For some reason they find it acceptable to try and deliver my package at 20:35 at night to my work address. Tried calling their customer services line but keeps on dropping the call. Kindly

This is utterly ridiculous totally understand the delay, my issue is the fact that your delivery person was at my office at 20;35 once again why does he/she think this is an appropriate time for a delivery. Even if my home address were the delivery address I do not see the reason for such a late delivery.
