I NEED some feedback and not just empty promises

In October I ordered items from Johannesburg to be delivered to me. Tracking number RL***. Marked the items as flammable, expecting RAM to be more cautious with the 5L tin of Waterproofing. The suppliers first wrapped it in plastic, then boxed it and labelled it \This way up"and \""Fragile\"" After waiting over a week and no delivery"

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately the contents of the tin leaked out and the tin was disposed of.

Your shipment was of restricted goods which we at Ram do not transport, it was also not declared on the waybill.

Please revert to our website www.ram.co.za regarding the transportation of restricted items
