I need my parcel delivered
Guys I need my order to be delivered to today, I have given my contact and delivery address to you in all platforms. From chatbots, email and calls. I need no excuse saying I could not be reached. Your drivers must call me now before they lie at 17:30 and say they could not find me. I will remove this review once I get your attention. Your system says it's out for delivery today, this update was made at 11;34 and it's now 12:26, so I don't want excuses again. Last time my parcel ended up going to JHB because your drivers kept lying and saying they could not reach me. Message me privately to get information regarding the parcel.

30 Jun 2022, 18:31Just as I expected, your driver did not call and did not deliver again. No call no SMS from you guys again, I had to call you to get that information. It's a different excuse this time around, your consultant says the driver did not have time to deliver all the parcels. Tell this driver to start with me tomorrow I am tired. My place is just 13 minutes from your warehouse in Durban, I don't understand. If you your drivers have decided that they don't deliver in certain areas, you guys should communicate that to Vodacom so they will not sell us staff online and courier them via you. Show some professionalism, it's been two weeks of fighting, aren't you guys ashamed now of having the same fight over and over.

30 Jun 2022, 20:27Can you guys give a number for someone who is superior so that I can atleast get this resolved. it doesnot matter if you don't deliver as long as you are going to tell Vodacom that you don't want to deliver then they may decide to use another courier or give me a refund.
