I need my parcel asap

I bought items at bash online so they where splitted to 5collections all for tracking is OK they in pe already, now these this one that has been stuck on the tracking app since the 14th it was on the way to pe then it stopped no update nothing I sent several emails since last week asking wat is the hold up n why is it not updating since the 14th no reply what so ever till today I dnt knw where my parcel is its suppose to be here in pe already and they not responding nor pickin up phone AAAB*** my parcel number..

Just got through I called again I held the phone for 12-15min they confused where my parcel is.... The last update on the 14th my parcel was on the way to pe.
Pe hasn't received nothing... Cape Town which my parcel came from are also puzzled.... But my parcel was there... They said they will call me back... Now why shud ppl trust a courier company like that? I'm so frustrated and angry at this point.....

You talking nonsense all my other orders are update very well only this one so dnt tell me it's not up to ram and the long weekend while my other orders are properly updated don't talk nonsense please

My question is where the hell is my parcel on the 14th it was on the way from Cape Town to pe then what happened Jesus came down and took it? Dnt **** with me... And still not update on the tracking don't play with people

Did you track the parcel now as in all honesty the review you posted is not fair towards the company especially knowing that we did our job, as much as we understand that the parcels are yours we have a process to follow and are mandated by Bash to do so and we can do it, the manner in which you have been responding after I advised you that we just came back from a long weekend and only started working today is not acceptable at all as much as you are a client we need to treat each other with respect at all times especially knowing that from a company point of view we are not wrong at all.  I will escalate the below to Bash and please note any further unprofessional manner will result in the parcel being returned back as we respect and treat each and every client with the most respect and it has to be two ways.
