I just cant believe the level of service I am receiving
Trying to get delivery of my upgrade that has been with RAM since Monday
So this is still not sorted after speaking to a lady named Olivia yesterday, she emailed to confirm a mail has been sent to RAM. RAM said that they did not receive a mail from Vodacom at all.
Then I phone vodacom again this morning and a gentleman named Xolile Mhlongo confirmed that a mail for 3rd party was sent to RAM on 12 September and he resend the mail now today.
Yet RAM is unaware of all of the mails that was apparently sent to them?
Who is lying here??????????
Really the worst service ever. I would definitely have been without a job if I had to treat my customers like this..
