I hope RAM goes BANG
A while back I got a new phone from Vodacom... it took ages to arrive... Vodacom use ram who are USELESS
A few weeks ago my wife bought a laptop on promotion from Vodacom again to be delivered by RAM. I phoned them today as promises had been made to my wife regarding delivery. Lies made by the driver resulted in the package being sent back to Vodacom... on Xmas Eve!
There is no way to contact them to lay a complaint and when I mentioned laying a complaint to the call centre people they put the phone down on me.
Please people... This is an immoral company with no values and should NOT be used.
