I have tried all the avenues to get my parcel delivered
Iam writing this with a sore heart . A very sore heart Ram collected my parcel at Steve Madden on the 26th of November 15 days later my parcel has not even moved from the Pretoria hub . I called their call centre everyday last week hearing different stories like the parcel has been moved to Elandsfontein it’s coming. They have escalated the matter they will deliver last week . It’s very painful to deal with Ram. I have reached out to Steve Madden to assist And this was my last purchase with them .they don’t value customers
